HI! I’m Sally and I’ve created this site to share strategies and techniques that will allow busy salon and spa owners to get more time back on their busy schedules.

My goal is to offer support by sharing tips, tools, how-tos, and “done for you” resources. As a spa owner myself, I know first hand that for an industry that promotes relaxation and self-care, spa owners are usually at the end of the list when it comes to the “Me Time” we tell our clients they need.

We often find ourselves recreating the wheel in every aspect of our business. Researching where to get the best prices on supplies, or creating graphics and marketing copy from scratch. Struggling with small budgets while trying to create a space that clients want to return to again and again while wondering how we can save money on our payroll expenses. Figuring it all out by ourselves can be daunting and time consuming; and, the truth is, it’s completely unnecessary.

Over the last eight years, I’ve been active on many online communities where I see the same questions asked day after day after day. From “how often should I post on Instagram” to where to buy linens to how to set up a tax id.

I came to this industry a little older than many who are just starting out, and from the corporate world, having been a Marketing Executive for 15+ years. This background has given me an advantage over many who are new to business ownership and management. I understand that social media is important, but that creatives can be reused. I know where to spend money and where to save it, and I have proven success with non-skincare retail. I have systems for design and copywriting that allow me to be efficient and effective at reaching my customers, and I have templates and dashboards for managing a spa business that allow me to really understand the health of my business.

I am excited to start sharing these tools that I’ve developed over the years, and hopefully, this site will become a resource for those of you who are struggling with your online marketing, retail, inventory management, and cutting costs. I want this site to be your “Hack” to more profits, more time, and more success!!!
